Limitation

We are the man of limitation, define by quantifiable space and time, so is our ability and capacity.

Mum admitted into hospital after a week long of fever.
A long process of investigation hence began, involving multidisciplinary team of specialist, there were HO, MO, rheumatologist, orthopedic surgeon, ID specialist, and etc.
Certainly with multiple means of investigation too, X-ray, daily blood test monitoring, ultrasound and etc.

I am truly grateful for the medical team, especially the HO, though they were exhausted with the workload and numerous on-call, yet they are credible and thoughtful in the investigation process, make me feel so warm and so touched.

15 days of hospitalisation, 15 days of persistent effort from the doctors, nurses, and family, yet the cause and the source of illness were failed to be identified.
She discharged after normal body temperature resume, and the discharge note diagnosis is nasocomial infection...

I was not satisfied with the diagnosis, the medical team had done their very best to investigate, every possible test is carried out.
At that point, I realised the reality of limitation that a human being bear.

It certainly was not due to the lack in medical team, they have done their best and what best for us, I could say that it is even better that what a costly hospital can do.
Yet, we still bounded by limitation as long as we are man.

How can a creation has a more thorough and absolute comprehension on his own physical body compare to the Creator?
Though our medical knowledge has drill to an impressive depth, yet there is always a huge gap to fill.
The medical knowledge exhibited by the medical professional undeniably produce great improvement of the worldwide health, but the greatest practitioner is still our creator as He knows best.

I told mum, though the diagnosis is ambiguous, though we can't identify the cause of the illness, we shall not be worry, because the Lord is our primary practitioner.
Sometimes, an answer is not what we need for a question, but submission and faith.

We are the man of limitation, defined by quantifiable space and time, so is our ability and capacity.
However, we will no longer be defined by our limitation, if we soar high with the Lord.
Do not think from the shoes of limitation, but from the possibility of miracle.
The limitation will still be there in our life, but it will no longer be the primary mean that describe our lives.
